Letter Tile Generator
A real bag draw, with point values
Choose how many tiles to draw, then draw a rack from the standard 100-tile English bag used by Scrabble, Words With Friends, and Bananagrams. Letters appear with their real frequencies, each tile shows its point value, and the rack total is added up for you. Blanks are drawn as ▢ (blank, 0) wildcards.
Use cases
- Draw a full 7-tile rack to warm up before a game
- Settle who opens by comparing rack totals
- Run classroom spelling and word-building drills
- Practice tile point values without a physical set
Fair random selection
Each rack is drawn with browser randomness using a partial Fisher–Yates shuffle over the expanded 100-tile bag. Rangdom uses the Web Crypto API for random generation, and tiles are drawn without replacement so no letter appears more times than the bag actually holds.
When to use it
Use this generator whenever you need a realistic word-game tile draw — full racks for Scrabble, Words With Friends, or Bananagrams, plus classroom drills and quick point-value practice.
