Convert fuel economy into every unit at once

Enter one value and a unit — liters per 100 km, kilometers per liter, miles per US gallon, or miles per Imperial gallon — and read it back in every unit at once. Fuel economy mixes a consumption unit (L/100 km, where lower is better) with efficiency units (km/L and mpg, where higher is better), so a single-factor table gives wrong answers. Each input is reduced to a canonical value in km/L, with L/100 km handled as the inverse (km/L = 100 ÷ L/100 km), then every output is derived from that base using exact factors (1 mile = 1.609344 km, 1 US gallon = 3.785411784 L, 1 Imperial gallon = 4.54609 L). Decimals are supported, but fuel economy must be greater than zero.
