Random Tarot Card Generator
One card from the full 78-card deck
Draw a single tarot card from the complete deck — the 22 Major Arcana plus the 56 Minor Arcana across Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles — with a fair Upright or Reversed orientation (e.g. The Star — Major Arcana (Upright)). Useful for daily draws, journaling prompts, story ideas, and party games.
Fair random selection
Each draw picks one of the 78 tarot cards uniformly at random, then flips a fair 50/50 orientation when reversed cards are enabled. Rangdom uses the Web Crypto API for random generation so the next card is not predictable from previous draws.
Upright and reversed
Keep the “Include reversed cards” toggle on for the traditional 50/50 chance of a reversed card, or turn it off when every draw should land Upright.
When to use it
Use this generator for quick single-card readings, daily draws, journaling and writing prompts, teaching the deck, and games where one random tarot card is enough.
