Random IMSI Fixture Generator
Synthetic IMSI fixture generated locally in your browser with the Web Crypto API. Values use the ITU-reserved test prefix MCC 001 / MNC 01 with random MSIN digits, so they are not tied to a real network or subscriber.
Subscriber-form fixtures
Generate one 15-digit IMSI-shaped fixture for SIM/subscriber onboarding forms, HLR/HSS mocks, telecom dashboards, seed records, and API validation tests — pairing with the IMEI device id and ICCID SIM card number.
Each value is structured as MCC (3 digits) + MNC (2 digits) + MSIN (10 digits). The Mobile Country Code and Mobile Network Code are fixed to the ITU-reserved test network 001 / 01, so the result can never collide with a real network or subscriber, and the 10 MSIN digits are random. IMSI has no check digit. The value is shown grouped for readability, and copy returns the plain 15-digit string.
